Done Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. Dizziness, Tiredness, Feeling Hot. Reason?

Hello, had full laparoscopic hysterectomy May 23rd, think I have been over doing it, we have a 5 month old lab that I have had to take care of during the day while my husband works, she tends to pull me on the leash when I takebher out. I'm tired and run out of energy very easily if I am out, the heat bothers me a lot, Im 56 years old. Had surgery bec. I was bleeding a lot for several months. Also I have been down in the dumps, my husband wants me to take a road trip next week to S.C., leave on Weds. Back on Sat., I'm not up to it but he really wants to go. Last few days I have been dizzy, don't know why.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

After surgery it will take around two months for complete recovery.
So better to avoid strenuous exercise during these days.
And try to avoid long journey.
If it is a much choose comfortable vehicle and take gaps in between the journey, avoid jerks as much as possible.
There will be some blood loss during the surgery. So once check for hemoglobin levels and blood sugar levels to find out the cause for dizziness.
Take food at more frequent intervals in smaller quantities.
