Does Taking Microgynon Have Any Effect On The Periods ?

I stopped taking microgynon at the start of December. I finished the packet and had a normal period starting on 4 Dec. I started bleeding on 28 Dec four/five days earlier than expected. Just wondering if this is my normal period and why it would come early? It feels like a normal period though I have not experienced any mild cramping that I did when I was taking the pill. The bleeding has not been heavy but consistent for three days now. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or just my period? Many thanks!

Sometime it occurs due to so many factor like stress, diet, work load and hormonal disturbances.
So it is your regular period.
