Does Menstrual Abnormality Signify Pregnancy?

I had my period for a day with very little bleeding and it just stopped. I'm sexually active with my boyfriend and we have unprotected sex but I'm on the pill and he doesn't cum inside me. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I'm physically active for 2-2.5 hours everyday and I'm still in school. What's going on?

Hi, I think if pregnancy test is negative then don't worry about it. Sometimes it can be due to stress also. If your periods are light always, check your thyroid profile.
