What Could Cause Menstrual Abnormality?

I am having a strong baby kicking sensation (no pain) under my rib cage. Its a constant and sparatic kick or flutter. i took a pregnancy test that was negative. I am on the patch and havent had normal periods since i started 4 months ago. last month i had 2 periods.

Hello,

Since pregnancy test is negative, it can essentially be ruled out in your case. The pain and other sensation you are experiencing could be gas pains. You can try Simethicone to relieve the pain. If symptoms are not improving, then follow up with your primary provider.
