Does Increase In Intake Of Food Cause Regular Bowel Movements?

Hello, I'm Ryan, 20 years of age, 5' 6", anf weigh 54kg, I recently joined a gym and starting eating on regular intervals. Got a dietary plan with adequate protein and calorie intake to gain muscle mass. But from the day i started I experience regular bowel movements (about 2-4 times a day). My primary concern is that the proteins and nutritions i take would be wasted due to this, is that correct? Is it normal for a person to experience regular bowel movements when the food intake increases? I also read about Pediatric Protein-Losing Enteropathy, is there any reason for me to be concerned?thank you, god bless.

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* The increase food intake does not cause regular bowel movements .
* It is the propulsive action of excess protein , which gives you bowel
movements of 3-4 per day .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
