White tongue or rather whitish oral cavity could be due to candidiasis and it can happen due to depressed immune function which depends on the cd4 count. It won't depend on the week or duration after exposure

Read your prob, after one wk of exposing the symptomes of HIV cant appeare. it appeare after 3month to sevaral yrs. there is no corelation between white tounge n Exposing of HIV before one wk. you should rule out other cause of it after consulting your doc.
