Dizziness, Nausea, Headaches After Head Injury

Hi my 12yr old son has been getting dizzy and he says everything goes black and its like he is asleep,he also feels like throwing up alot and headaches .This has been happening nearly everyday since he got punched in the forehead about 2 or 3 weeks ago at school.

Your son appears to be exhibiting symptoms of post concussion trauma due to the punch in the forehead. He needs to be evaluated by a physician urgently. If he can not get an appointment to see his physician immediately, he needs to go to the ER or urgent care.
