Dizziness, Hearing Loss, Told To Stop Using Salt. Meiener Disease?

I had a few episodes of dizziness a few months ago, I'm now suffering from hearing loss. My left ear has like a static noise driving me nuts. The ENT specialist says it may be meiener decease and that I can't surgery. She indicated that I stop using salt on everything...which it's nearly impossible...even orange juice contains salt..what do I suggest I should do?
