Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum. Now pain is in the upper part of stomach. This pain may be due to any reason but in your case it is hyper acidity (gastritis). Tension, Antibiotics, Drugs, (metronidazole as you took) fried food, Smoking, alcohol These are few reasons which develops gastritis so ,if possible please take care. As you mentioned that immediately after food ,you have to go to toilet. May be due to anxiety or due to amoebic colitis. Consult a physician and get treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. If any further question I will be happy to help. Enjoy life, remain healthy. Good luck. Dr. HET
