Diarrhea, small bumps near anus, itching, not sexually active. Causes and treatment?

I had diarrhea for a day or two and after that I noticed a small (half pea/ pimple sizes) bump near my anus . It is not painful or uncomfortable in any way. A little itchy sometimes but not overly or continuously. I am 31, female, and have been sexually inactive for over 4 years so chances of std are slim. Do I need to do something?
