Diarrhea In Yellow And Green, Nausea, Tiredness, RSV. Help?

My two year old came down with RSV 11 days ago, six days ago she started having green diarrhea multiple times aday, the next day vomiting ststarted every time she ate or drank. I had her in the emergency room last night was told not to worry and sent home with anti nausea pills. Today is day 6, diarrhea all morning which is now yellow green and watery from trying to keep liquids down and very tired and not moving from the couch. Should I take her back in or see if the liquids can stay down?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for your query.
She is most likely suffering from viral diarrhea.
The main issue in management is to avoid dehydration & giving her small drinks frequently will definitely help.
If she is throwing up very frequently (every hour or so),has not passed urine for 6 hrs, has sunken eyes or no tear production ,is very irritable , you should take her to ER.
If not so ill or none of the above signs of dehydration continue with small sips of ORS,buttermilk, coconut water etc.
Wishing her a speedy recovery
