General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your query. It may be due to acute gastroenteritis.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You may require antibiotics tab metronidazole after physician consultation.

Keep your self hydrated with oral rehydration solutions.

For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron. Take soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
