Diarrhea, Cramping And Growling In Stomach, Feeling Stressed Out. Missed Taking Pills In Between. Pregnant?
hi I think I might be pregnaunt I feel so stressed out I have diarrhea.I feel sick to the point were I feel like throwing up but I haven't I don't take my birth control pills everyday at the same time. I might skip one pill a day sometimes and I should start my period sometime next month my stomache is growling and cramping to.

It is possible that due to the irregular intake of your pills, you have a increased chances of ending up pregnant but your symptoms looks like you are having a gut infection which my be caused by a microbe.
You will need to see a doctor soonest who can run the necessary tests including a stool exams, complete count, pregnancy test, urinalysis etc in order to determine the cause of your sickness after which he would be able to provide you with appropriate treatment.

the pregnancy should be confirmed just go for pregnancy tests
if it is follow the antenatal path
if not can find reason by ultrasound abdomen and treat accordingly
just add liquid antacid and confirm for renancy as we avoid drugs in pregnancies
