Diagnosed With Mehorrhagic And Tuberculosis In Uterus. Operated For Hysteroscopy. On AKT-4, Ethambutol. Vomiting. What Does The Finding Mean?
My wife is diagonesed with mehorrhagic and tuberculosis in uterus,then doctor operated for hysteroscopy and palectomy,after that medicine for tuberculosis started. Aset of four tablet(AKT-4) but after around 40 days,a severe damage(side effect of isoniazid occured and liver got affected),then doctor stated antibiotic Streptomycin inj. along with Ethambutol and Peterizine,but now again nothing is getting digested and continue vomiting...Since last four moth she had not eaten properly and how to continue the course for Tuberculosis...i had stopped medicine for time being as her condition is not well.

Once again very sorry to say that you stopped the anti tubercular drugs without the consent of your doctor.
A very dangerous move I have noted in my patients , who discontinue treatment of T B .
Rifampicin 450 mg / day is sufficient after 4 months treatment along proton pump inhibitors.
Patient compliance is very important but counseling is important .
After 2 hour of food she can take this drug.
Consult one more physician and get his opinion.
Till at once start drugs (anti tubercular).
