Diagnosed With Chest Infection. On Antibiotics. Chest And Back Pain While Sneezing. Normal?

I have been diagnosed with a severe chest infection and am on antibiotics(amoxicillin) also had to have chest x ray of which no results so far,I have a lot of pain in my chest and sometimes my back especially if I cough or dare to sneeze,is this normal
Sorry just realised there is a fee and I've been made redundant so will wait to see my doctor again

The condition you described is pleurisy( inflammation of lung pleura). This condition require higher antibiotics and short therapy of steroid. Consult physician or chest expert so that the condition may be treated accordingly.
