Diagnosed With Arnold Nerve Neuralgia. Prescribed Lidocaine, Diprospan. Is This Right Treatment? Safe To Conceive After The Treatment?

Hello,
I'm from Bucharest, Romania, I'm Andreia, and my neurosurgeon find my "migraine" type - ARNOLD NERVE NEURALGIA.
As treatment he recommended me injections/infiltration in the Arnold nerve with LIDOCAINE and DIPROSPAN.
My QUESTIONS for you are
1- Is this treatment all right for my diagnostic;
2- If i got pregnant soon after this infiltration... will be my baby SAFE? These substances will pass the placenta?

Thank you very much for your precious time

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The treatment suggested by you is fairly safe and has no significant adverse effects.
The effect of these medications do not last beyond a few hours and they are safe in case you get pregnant also.
Your baby will be safe.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
