Delayed Periods. Abdominal Ultrasound Shows Echogenic Focus Measuring 7*5*7 Mm In Size. Not On Pills Or Hormonal Replacement. Explain

I'm 34, just got an ultrasound done, because I'm late for my period & my GP was concerned that I might have polycystic ovaries. The results excludes PCOS. However, it showed an echogenic focus measuring 7.0 x 5.0 x 7.0 mm in size. Just to mention that this was abdominal US. Is it something to worry about? I'm not on any pills or hormon replacement
Thank you in advance
