What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello, I am 21 years old and haven t had periods for 2 months. I have a history of irregular periods, which has been from my mother who also used to have irregular periods when she was of my age. I had earlier conducted an ultrasound and the result was bilaterally non-cyclic ovaries with dysfunctional follicles I took primolute N to regularize my periods ( 2 doses each day). after 10 pills, i have stopped my doses and it has been 2 days since then. i have also started taking a regular dose of Mashyne 1000 tablets ( 1 tablet each day) since this month. what should i do next?

You can take Ovral L tab on the fifth day of menstruation finish 21 tab. Wait till another menstruation cycle starts.
