Delayed Period, Yeast Infection, Lower Back Pain, Spotting. Antibiotics Taken. Advise?

Hi, I had a question regarding my period and whether or not I could be pregnant. I started my last period on April 4th. My cycle is regular, basically 28-30 days most of the time ovulating on day 14 or 15. This means I should've ovulated around April 18th but I had a yeast infection and took antibiotics so it was difficult to tell. Normally, I can always tell when I ovulate. I get crampy and lots of cervical fluid. But, this past month I really couldn't tell. I thought I did on several occasions over that next week and a half. Anyways, my period still hasn't shown up. I thought it was coming yesterday. Had pretty nasty lower back pain going on and light pink spotting. The spotting was very light and only happened over a period of a couple hours. Now, the back pain and spotting is gone. Any advice?

hi ,
Thanks for asking query ,
Due to infection and antibiotics there are very common chances of getting the period delayed.
Stress induce due to infection lead to hormonal changes which can lead to delayed or light periods.
Back ache during these days are also a very common problem.Continue with your treatment for infection and take proper care during intercourse.
I suggest you to take rest ,avoid stress, you will have your periods in 2 to 3 days, drink plenty of water , have proper diet, take non steroidal analgesic for the backache.
It will take 2 to 3 cycles to periods to be normal.
Visit your gynecologist for normal check up.
hope this will help you.
