Hello Gunjan,
PCOD is a chronic disorder and takes long duration of return to normalcy.
You were prescribed an antiandrogen drug (Diane) which is a rational management plan for PCOD.
But, your present status of ovaries needs review for you to be able to conceive again.
Check your Thyroid levels again since it is 2 yrs since last test.
Don't worry. You have reversible causes of infertility and will soon conceive provided you have some patience.
Tc.
