Cure For Child Having Fever Frequently And Mild Congestion In Chest?

hi my son is 3 & a half years old, he often get sick in every two weeks. having 99 or 100 fever. his Hb count is 9 only. CBC report is normal. his chest x-ray, two weeks earlier, shows mild congestion in chest. how should i take care of him so that he doesnt get ill so early.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
As the Hb is 9 gms% he is more prone to infections.
Suppliment with oral Iron and give diet containing Iron for a period of 2 moths to make up hemoglobin and replenishing the Iron stores.
Chronic low grade infection and frequent congestion of the points to chronic infection like tuberculosis.
Better consult pediatrician and rule out or confirm TB.
