Thanks, * MULTIPLE (3) SMALL FOCAL INTRAPARENCHYMAL DOT AND NODULAR CALCIFIC LESIONS WITHOUT PERIFOCAL EDEMA (ONE EACH IN THE LEFT OCCIPITAL, RIGHT HIGH POSTERIOR FRONTAL PARAFALCINE & RIGHT HIGH ANTERIOR PARIETAL PARAFALCINE REGIONS). * MILD DIFFUSE CEREBELLAR ATROPHY .

This means that there were some old infective lesions which have healed and are now calcified
rest is that there are age related changes in brain which term as atrophy.
