Could Tiredness,headaches And Mood Swings Be The Side Effects Of Quitting Pills?

Hi there I stopped the pill and had my period but I'm not taking my pill now and I'm feeling mood swings now and then and tiredness headaches and was wondering are these side effects from stopping my pill? And how long dose these side effects last for?
