Could Tingling In Arms Be Due To Paracentral Disc Protrusion?

my mri shows broadbased central herniation of C34 indenting the vertical cord, C4-5 C5-6 right paracentral disk protrusion indenting the vertical cord. I have pain and tingling in my right arm since this all started now I am beginging to have the same on the left arm is this all due to my neck. Lately both wrists are painful is this related also
