General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of 440 volt electric shock about 1 week ago and now you developed vertigo, cardiac problem and so on...

The most probable cause can be due to neuronitis or affection of the vestibule or semicircular canals in the internal ears.
I would advise you the following.
Consult Neuro-otologist, get further clinical evaluation, investigations and treatment for the dizziness.
Get thorough cardiac checkup done to rule out any cardiac problems due to which you are suffering.
