Hallow Dear,
While on regular birth control pills, the possibility of
pregnancy is less than 0.1%; however, if you have missed few pills, they can fail. Maximum up to 3 pills missing is permissible in a cycle.
The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period about which there is no mention in your history. The other symptoms appear about a week later. They are:
nausea &
vomiting,
frequent urination and breast symptoms. I would not give much weightage to your gaseous symptoms, however breast symptoms are rather important.
If you have already missed a period, please perform pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample 8 days after missing period; done earlier, chances of false negative reports exist.
Alternatively, you may opt for
Beta hCG test on the blood anytime after 10 days of the last unprotected sexual intercourse. This is very sensitive test and can detect the pregnancy even few days before missing a period.
I hope this is helpful information and advice to you.
