Could Knee Pain Be Related Be Disc Protrusion At C4-C5 Level Of Spine?

Hello,

I had an accident abut a month and a half ago, I had an MRI no contrast of C-Spine and told I have posterior CENTRAL DISC PROTRUSSION AT C4 - C5 WITH THECAL SAC IMPINGEMENT AND POSTERIOR CENTRAL DISC BULGES AT C2-C3, C3-C4, AND C7-T1. I have headaches, neck pain, right shoulder pain. A couple of days after accident I had uncontrollable nerve twitching in right fingers. I have severe back spasms in mid back around the shoulder blades. Suffered through weakness to right arm, unable to pick up anything, not even a gallon of milk. A cuple of weeks ago,I started feeling excruciating pain in right knee, whenever I climbed stairs, got doen from truck, went up or down ramps. I had a knee x-ray and nothing came out broken, They ordered an MRI and nothing came out wrong. Are all these symptoms related to this problem in C Spine?
