Could A Swallowed Piece Of Broken Tooth Cause A Chest Infection?

I swallowed a piece of broken tooth last week and can still feel it moving in my throat, it shows on the xray but when they go down with a scope dont see it so they said nothing is there even tho a xray shows it...so now my throat and chest feels super tight and hurts and I cant breath it feels like I have a nasty chest infection from it....should I be worried it is indeed there and causing this?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi. I can understand your concern.
CT scan of the chest would be ideal in your case to identify the exact position. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system as well.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
