Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Massage is safer and has no risk for HIV and STD as long as there is no intercourse. Exchange of body fluids is necessary to acquire STD/HIV. Without any exchange of body fluids one can not get HIV/STD. Mere augmentation of body fluids alone has no risk. Ejaculation without penetration has negligible risk
