I smoke tobbaco and weed, althought I put them both together in a bong, called a popper, tobbaco first, and then weed. For about two years ive done this everyday, im startin too cough up this black phlegm in the mornings, and I have puked from feeling sick from poppers in the morning as well. Not sure if the addiction is the same too smoking because I find my emotions bouncing unless I remain in total control. I'm quitting as of now, I was just wondering if there are any remedies to cleanse my lungs.
