Constipation, Gastric Issue, Insomnia. On Omez FF, Domel, Laxopeg. What Is Going On?

Hi, I am suresh from Nepal, 47 age old. Due to the gastric and constipation problem, doctor had given me medicine Tab. Omez FF-40mg, Tab. Domel MT, Tab. Hybro DS, Susp Disocain and Laxopeg on Sept 10, 2013 for 15 days. After during these medicine, I felt a lot dry mouth and thirsty and sleeping disorder. After the 15 days course, Doctor had given me Tab Omez FF-40 mg, Cap. Panlispase, Cap. Evion-400 mg and Zanid 2mg for one month. Now I am suffering from insomnia. Please help me from insomnia.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
usually one should not take sleeping pills until and unless it is very badly necessary that too for a short period temporarily
better dont sleep in the day time and try to get up early in the morning so that you will be able to sleep comfortably
also you have to do physical exercise till you are tired
if it is compulsory you may take alzolam 0.5mg at bed time for a few days
it is not sold without doctors prescription
