Constant Burning In Vagina. Tests Shows No Infection, No Growth In MSU. No Help From Antibiotics. On Marina For Endometriosis. Help

I am suffering from Vaginal burning which is continuous. I had a urine infection but the tests now show no signs of infection & my MSU has come back with no growth either. Im on my 4th course of antibiotics (im not taking the same ones again) but my burning has not improved. I an not suspecting the Mirena is causing the burning but not sure how to manage my Endometriosis if I remove the coil? Can you please help as I cannot take the combined pills due to bad migraines!

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The Vaginal burning could be due to fungal infection, usually caused by candida albicans. Would suggest you to get vaginal smear examination by KOH preparation to rule out vaginal candidiasis as the cause.
If the symptoms persist it's advisable to remove the intra uterine device.
Treatment will anti fungal pessary will help.

Take care
