Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Public Forum

Your above symptoms indicate presence of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in your wife. For management you should visit psychiatrist. Usually in treatment medicines and CBT are used.

Till you take specialist consultation aerobic exercise, breathing exercise, healthy diet and yoga will help her. It is better to take consultation early as untreated case may lead to depression.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.

Regards,
