Chronic Yeast Infection In Vagina With Senorrhea On Face, Neck And Scalp, Discomfort During Urination, White Flecks With Suphur Smell In Urine. Advice
I am a 32 year old female who suffers from chronic yeast infections related to a gluten and sugar sensitivity, I recently took a party vacation to ibiza, and have been eating oats and living in a home where mold grows. I am sexually active.
I am concerned because this vaginal yeast infection is accompanied by senorrhea on my face neck and scalp.
I experience discomfort while urinating and the urine has visible white flecks and sometimes smells strongly of sulphur
Your condition obviously requires aggressive treatment with antifungi agents. Normally, yeast infection is not harmful and usually does not require treatment but when it becomes symptomatic and interferes with your lifestyle, it is best to consider option treatment even though recurrence is a very likely possibility. You have a predispose factor too that should be eliminated which is eating probably food that easily ferment and home with molds. I suggest you see a gyenobs who can examine you and provide you with appropriate treatment such as ketokonazole. If you suffer from seborrheic dermatitis then you will also require topical antifungi or steroid creams to help with this.
Hope this helps

Chronic Yeast Infection In Vagina With Senorrhea On Face, Neck And Scalp, Discomfort During Urination, White Flecks With Suphur Smell In Urine. Advice
Hi, I would suggest to do a testing for Gardnerella infection. Furthermore, I would suggest to get oral anti-fungal therapy with fluconazole 150 mg, once daily for 3 consecutive days; then 1 tb once a week. Simultaneously, you can use vaginal ovules and cream containing metronidazole/clotrimazole and vaginal probiotics. If tested positive for Gardnerella, can use metronidazole orally together with oral probiotics. Please do not have sex while on medication, and get your partner treated. Please do not wash your genitalia with over-the-counter vaginal douche and do not use tight clothing. Hope it helped!
