Chronic Migraine. Taken ADA And Narco. How Should I Feel?

30+ years chronic migraine. This AM sharp intermitant left temple. Took ASA & 20 mg Narco and went back to sleep. Awoke 3 hrs later. Pain is still there but not stabbing--just constant 5-6 (1-10 scale). But when I tried to I am staggering to the right. If I am deliberate I can walk mostly straight. Should I be more concerned then I feel.

If it is a first staggering symptom then you must consult physician.Mostly migrains give varied symptoms to different subjects.Alarming symptoms like neurolgical symptoms showing some power deficit in limbs, visual impairments, or atxia, (staggering gait, imbalance of body) invite a neurologist consult.
