Child Has Vomiting, Gassy, Locality Has Tummy Bug. Given Water But Sick
My 9 month girl has been vomiting since 8pm ! Although I thought it was a tummy bug as there's a lot going about in my area but she's hasn't been in contact with any1. She has been very gassy all day but her bowel movements are normal ! I've brush her teeth after as you can smell the acid she brings up! I've tried to give her sips if water but she's sick again after that!

The acid smell and vomiting could be due to gastroesophageal reflux.
Give her smaller, frequent and thicker feeds.
Keep her in upright position for at least 30-60 minutes after food.
Gas may not be a significant issue.
