Child Has Vomiting, Gas, Exhaustion, Loss Of Diet, Had Blisters. Why?

2 days ago my 5 year-old son vomited and had a 104 degree fever. His fever broke the next morning and vomiting stopped, but he was exhausted and had very smelly gas. Tonight he threw up again and continues to have foul-smelling gas. He has eaten very little the past few days. A month ago he had Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease but he isn't showing any signs of blisters this week.
