Hello there,

Headache and vomiting should not be ignored in any child. An infected eye could mean anything from conjunctivitis to orbital cellulitis. If the surrounding area of the eye swollen and inflamed ? It would be a medical emergency then. And falling sick so often might indicate ongoing disease of the nervous system , one possibility being meningitis. Kindly get your child reviewed with your Pediatrician and get his blood tests done to rule out any evidence of infection. Hospital stay is advised as it would be possible to monitor his BP considering he is having vomiting episodes. Kindly refrain him from going to school till a diagnosis is made.

Take care.
