Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Your child seems to have a Viral fever with exanthem.
You can give Tylenol every 6 th hourly depending on the presence of fever in prescribed dosage.
Give tepid sponging with lukewarm water if there is high fever.
Try to give plenty of oral fluids and soft diet.
Monitor his activity and hydration by his urine output.
Consult your Pediatrician for the assessment tomorrow and for specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
