Child Has Constipation, Vomiting, Burping. Given Gas Drops, Prune Juice, Miralax. Stomach Pain. Doctor Needed?

My son will be 5 years old in about a week. Through half the month of April and into the beginning of May, he had problems with constipation. He would hold his stool for 3-4 days and vomit in the middle of the night because he was so backed up. After redoing "potty training" with him for almost a month, the constipation issue was solved and he began going regularly again without assistance from Prune juice or Miralax. However, since his constipation ceased to be a problem, he has started burping constantly. Off and on through the day, he will start taking deep breathes and forcing out burps with each inhale. At first he said it was hurting his neck and upper chest, so I suspected some acid reflux. Each night before bed, I was giving him Infant Gas Drops. They seemed to help for a few days. I also started giving him acidophilous (2 chewables, 2 times daily). Today I tried to give him a Chlorophyll supplement after each time he ate. Today nothing seemed to help. I couldn't even tell what was triggering the belching episodes. And he complained that his stomach hurt (just under his rib cage) when he was going to bed. Should I take him to a doctor or try putting him on a bland diet to see if that helps first?
