and eosinophil count
), it is difficult for me to comment.
You mentioned about coming in contact with a case of tuberculosis
. It shall be good to share the information with the doctor and request him to review the ultrasound
of the abdomen for any mesenteric lymph
nodes. A plain X-ray KUB region will exclude any ureteric calculus which can also give rise to excrutiating pain. Let me add a rider that the calculus may not always present in an ultrasound and/or X-ray.
