Chest Tightness, Breathing Difficulty, Sensation Of Lump In Throat. Due To Cigarette Smoking?

Hi am 29yrs old and for the last 48hrs have been Experienceing shortness of breath chest n back feels really tight n sharp when I take a breath, I also feel like I have a lump in my throat its almost like there is Ir trapped inside my throat chest And back, I should mention that I do smoke 4/5 a day! Otherwise I am normally healthy n well

Hello,
The problem which you have mentioned appears to be cause of gastritis and GERD. IN that case you should take some an acids and domperidone or metoclopromide. Smoking is not a good habit and if possible, try tapering down the cigarettes.
