Hallo eric,

As you mention your symptom in form of left sided squazzing type of chest pain radiating to left shoulder, arm, wrist .....this all suggestive of myocardial infarction.
You having rest pain which is sometime aggrvated by activity so unstable angina is most probably is the cause.
Friend my advice is consult your physician as early as possible,do ECG,cause this may be the emergency.
You also mention lump under left collar bone, may be this lump pressing nerve so numbness of face or numbness of face may be presenting symptom of MI.
So consult your physician as soon as possible.
