But when it comes together, it warrant a serious medical condition and immediate treatment. If you are my patient, I would check your Blood pressure and pulse initially. Then i will send you for Electrocardiogram and Echocardiography. If the investigatons and physical examination shows any signs of Myocardial infarction, Angina, Pulmonary edema or other lung disorder. I would immediately refer you to Emergency room for further management. Thus my advise is to consult your primary care physician to rule out any serious condition.
