Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

There are many causes for chest pain and difficulty in breathing in night on lying down.

But when it comes together, it warrant a serious medical condition and immediate treatment.

If you are my patient, I would check your Blood pressure and pulse initially.
Then i will send you for Electrocardiogram and Echocardiography.

If the investigatons and physical examination shows any signs of Myocardial infarction, Angina, Pulmonary edema or other lung disorder.
I would immediately refer you to Emergency room for further management.

Thus my advise is to consult your primary care physician to rule out any serious condition.
But these symptoms can also be due to gastroesophageal reflex disease, obesity and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

ope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
