Cervical X Ray Of Spine Done. Pain In Shoulder Back, Abdomen And Lower Hip. Is This Osteophytes?

I am 53 years male. Cervical X Ray of Spine and Lat.View indicate Anterior osteophytes with Disc space narrowing at C6-7 I have the following symptoms Pain on my left shoulder Intermittent pain at left shoulder back and also on the front and at times right side Some times pain comes in abdomen region as well as lower hip Are the above symptoms related to osteophytes ?
