Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Such feelings are called the hot flushes, may be due to the harmone imbalance, infection, or gastric irritation, or the pain in the neck due to the arthritis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. of the neck, and other tests for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, also take fresh juice of palatable vegetables.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
