Can Low Blood Circulation Cause Tingling Sensations In Body?

Hi there, I have been experiencing tingling and numbness on the right side of my body. Oftentimes it starts at the ankle and then moves up to my lower legs and thigh area. I have also experienced this tingling and numb sensation in my right arm in the past. Today, I am finding it hard to stand on my right foot due to the pain and tingliness. I recently visited the doctor and was told that I am Anemic. They also said that my tongue is white which is due to me having low white blood cells. I complained to my doctor about my tingling symptoms and they claimed it was due to low blood circulation. So, I increased my walking and changed some eating habits, but the symptoms are getting worse. What do you think is going on?
