Can I Use DITIAZEM HCL For My Changing Blood Pressure?

thank you .I be hi blood .every night i use norvasc 10 mg and flecainide 50 mg . at The morning I use cozaar 100 mg and flecainide 50mg . Why some night around 3 a clock mid night ,my blood pressur be go up ,some time 145,75,68...sometime it up to 150 ,81,78...2 years ago,2012 my doctor gave the DTIAZEMHCL 120 mg cap.Please advive me can I continue use the DITIAZEM HCL 120MG,This medecine have mane dose ( for good with Norvasc 10 mg which i use every night.( under 120 mg was 40,50...mg ??Thank you very much.

Norvasc is better than Diltiazem in this situation – it does not depress cardiac muscle
If a change is needed, a different class like a diuretic is better
