Can I Take This Medication?

I have polysistic overies from last 10 years. My age is now 25 years. recently my doctor adviced me to take Novelon tablets for 3 months. as I have read in the guide book that I have to consult woth a doctor before taking Novelon If I am over weight. My weight is 75 kgs plz answer me
