i am 31 year old. Trying for conceiving for 4 years. I have done HSG. The report read as the uterine lumen is normal in size & shape. Both Fallopian tubes are well outlined upto their fimbrial ends but free peritoneal spill of contrast is only seen on the right side. kindly explain the meaning. Am i healthy for pregnancy. is my Fallopian tube blocked. I am taking AKT4 & AKT3 for TB PCR for the last 5 months as prescribed by the doctor.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
Your HSG report suggests that there is blockage of left fallopian tube at fimbrial end.
Most probably this may be due to tubercular lesion in fallopian tube.
Ok and bye.
